However, recent amendments to Section 74.01(1) of the Competition Act have introduced uncertainties. Consequently, CRIN cannot currently publicly share environmental performance metrics for the projects we support. Once the Government of Canada clarifies what constitutes adequate and proper substantiation in accordance with internationally recognized methodology, CRIN will ensure all environmental benefit claims reporting comply with these standards and will again publish the data on our website and social media.
