Rainforest Alberta leaders worked closely with CRIN senior leaders and founders during the creation of CRIN to imagine a different type of organization, to encourage diverse, new ways of thinking, and to pave the way for a new level of innovation.
Rainforest Alberta is an informal organization of people working together to improve Alberta's innovation ecosystem. We are an inclusive, silo-busting, sector-agnostic, all-industry, open-source, ego-shrinking, ecosystem-building, entrepreneur-focused, wide-open, social-barrier-smashing community.
How do you work with the CRIN network to enable tech development and/or grow the cleantech ecosystem in the oil and gas industry?
Rainforest Alberta uses six pillars to guide our conversations and actions with CRIN and other networks in Alberta. Similar to CRIN, we promote a social contract that embodies our values and supports our mission of promoting collaboration, community and trust through storytelling.

How can CRIN members connect with you?
CRIN members are invited to join our movement by signing our social contract and to join us at our weekly event, Lunch Without Lunch where we explore what is happening in Alberta's tech industry. This is an opportunity to have meaningful collisions with innovators from all sectors.
