TAKE NOTICE THAT the 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of Clean Resource Innovation Ecosystem (Network) will be a Virtual meeting held on September 30, 2020 between 9:30-12:30 pm MT for the following purposes:
- Consideration of the financial statements,
- Election of directors,
- Appointment of the public accountant / auditor,
- To pass a special resolution to amend the:
- Name of the Corporation to CRIN; and
- By-laws to reflect how CRIN is organized and operating, and
- To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
